Healthcare Industrial Engineering Manager

Overview
In this position, you will use your analytical skills, process improvement experience, and subject matter expertise to make a meaningful impact on the healthcare industry. You will have opportunities to grow professionally and contribute to the design of healthcare facilities that deliver the highest level of patient care; our clients include world-renowned medical institutions. Our work is project based and involves healthcare facility design, operations strategy, planning and improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Consolidate, cleanse, and analyze client data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Present data analysis, findings, and recommendations during client meetings in a clear and actionable manner.
Lead in developing and quality review of project deliverables, including presentations, narratives, and other required project outputs.
Maintain proactive communication with project managers on work status, which includes identifying roadblocks and challenges with recommended action to address.
Monitor the progress of work and identifies solutions to address gaps and/or challenges.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of job-related experience in a health care related field or similar background.
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience presenting to senior management or client interface preferred.
Strong analytical skills with strong experience databases and spreadsheets. A high level of proficiency in MS Excel, database tools, MS Office, and MS PowerPoint are required.
Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field. Master’s Degree preferred in addition to the 5+ years of experience or a minimum of six (6) years’ experience in lieu of Master’s Degree.
Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
